In the case of dispute between Agencies in regard to any of these Operating Policies and Procedures, one or both Agencies in disagreement may request intervention by contacting the Board of Directors through the Compliance Officer (compliance@mlsbcs.com.mx). No member of the Board of Directors shall have any personal, professional or financial connection with the case. Such members will be automatically excused from hearing the dispute.
