Upon resolution made by the Board, after both parties have been heard or choose not to respond, the party who has been found in violation of these rules, may be cancelled and refused any further service as a subscriber to the MLS-BCS services, and in such case the Board will instruct the Administrator to inform all other subscribers by e-mail and no refunds shall be made of subscription fees paid.
