The Listing Agency is required to provide a copy of the current signed listing agreement to the Selling Agency, upon request, at the presentation of a signed offer, and evidence of earnest money deposit or a clearly stated commitment to make such deposit. The copy of the listing agreement shall be complete, except that Seller contact information only may be redacted. (Penalty Classification “B”)
