6.7.1 All agencies must present all offers and counter offers
All agencies must present all offers and counter offers to their respective clients as soon as possible. All offers and counter offers must have an expiration date. The property shall remain on the market as an ACTIVE listing until the Purchaser and Seller arrive at a written agreement for purchase and sale executed by both parties; until there is agreement in writing, Seller and his/her agent may continue to offer the property, and any additional offers must be presented to Seller. Once any offer is accepted by the Seller, the property may no longer be offered for sale on the online system, and must be classified as PENDING. (Classification “B”)
