The Selling Agency is responsible to oversee and coordinate the closing and legalization of the transaction; therefore, upon acceptance of an offer, the Listing Agency is obligated to immediately provide to the Selling Agency, or a person designated by the Selling Agency in the purchase and sale agreement, all necessary seller’s documents to finalize and or legalize the transaction.
